    We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the destination.

    You order will be delivered by Fedex Home Delivery.

    Production Time:
    Since each product is made to order, please allow up to 2 days for production before your items are ready to be shipped.

    Shipping Times:
    For orders shipping to the USA, please expect a delivery time of 2-4 days. For orders within the EU, you can anticipate a delivery time of 3-5 days

    Please note that since these items are crafted with care in separate facilities, they will arrive in two separate deliveries on the same day.

    Shipping Origin:
    Our production facilities span over 30 countries, ensuring swift delivery of your order. This not only expedites the shipping process but also reduces transportation of printed goods by an impressive 90%, significantly cutting down on carbon emissions.

    Returns Policy

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Except of custom items. 

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Care instruction

    Care Instructions for apparel:

    2. Gentle Cycle: Use the gentle or delicate cycle on your washing machine to minimize agitation and friction.
    3. Mild Detergent: Use a mild detergent specifically designed for delicate fabrics. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, as they can weaken the fibers and affect the color.
    4. Avoid Overloading: Do not overload the washing machine to allow enough room for the garments to move freely during the wash.
    5. Inside Out: To protect the printed or decorated surface, turn your T-shirts and sweatshirts inside out before washing.
    6. Tumble Dry Low or Air Dry: After washing, either tumble dry on low heat or air dry your garments. High heat can shrink cotton fabrics and damage the fibers.
    7. Ironing: If necessary, iron your T-shirts and sweatshirts on a low or medium setting. Avoid ironing directly over any printed or decorated areas.

    2. Remove Before Cleaning: To prevent damage, always remove wooden pins from apparel or bags before cleaning or washing them. This includes machine washing, hand washing, or dry cleaning.
    3. Storage: While wooden pins do not require specific storage conditions, it's recommended to store them in a safe place when not in use. Keep them away from sharp objects or other accessories that may cause scratches.
    4. Clean with a Dry Cloth: To remove any dust or debris, gently wipe your wooden pins with a soft, dry cloth.
